WHAT IS BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Jiu Jitsu is one of the fastest growing combat sports in the world. Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that uses grappling and submissions to defeat an opponent on the ground. In combat situations, the fight often gets taken to the ground. If this happens, knowing how to defend yourself and subdue your opponent is vital. Jiu Jitsu gives a smaller, weaker opponent the skills and techniques to defeat a larger stronger opponent by using simple techniques, leverage and joint manipulation. It will teach you how to effectively eliminate an attack by using body movement, weight distribution and submissions.
